"I have been with the company now for ten years, this would be my 11th year going at the end of the year. We have worked with Habonim for over 20 years. To describe Habonim in one word for me, it would be quality. If you go from their most basic valve An Industrial valve all the way up to a Cryogenic, a Trunnion, the quality follows no matter what model it is. From every aspect, sealing, the ends, machining, everything is always top quality. My future expectations for Habonim, is that they keep on top of everything, the innovations, there's new industries popping up like Hydrogen is one and I'm seeing that Habonim are always in top of the specifications, making the changes they need to make if they need to be made. So, it's a reality they're always doing it, and you don't have to worry about it, you don’t have to chase Habonim to see are they doing it, because if you ask the question, they have already done it. I choose Habonim as my partner, as I mentioned before, they've got the quality, they are easy to work with, they're not just a manufacturer, you're got all different levels of the technical ability, the sales side, the Marketing side, every level is easier to deal with. You get very little resistance when you want to do something or go to a new sector. They are always very motivated to help you, so they're easy to work with. So, it's an easy choice. In my opinion, Habonim is a market leader by just keeping on top of anything and everything they can think of when they go into a new industry or an older industry like pharmaceuticals, they're constantly applying new things to the valve trying to keep that level always at the top. All the specifications, all the certifications are always at the top so they're perfect that way. They've created quite a few innovative solutions, so it's very hard to pick just one. ESI does a lot of Actuated valves, but for me, it was the CompAct Actuator. There's no comparison. It's black and white. You got the twin piston actuator rack and pinion of most of you people would see, and when you show someone the four-piston actuator, the size comparison, the speed, all the different features of it are totally different. And for the customer, it's an easy decision to make just to swap over. They've had it for a number of years, but people are still amazed by it. I would most definitely recommend Habonim to my clients because for myself it means I do not get a phone call afterwards. There's no problem with quality. When they install the valve there's no issue. The stem will seal, the actuator will work, the valve will work and there'll be no problems. So, from a sales point of view, it's always a good thing you're not getting a phone call because there's a breakdown or there's an issue or there's a quality issue with Habonim. It's very rarely there ever problems, so, it's a perfect solution!"
