My name is Igor Berkovich.
I've been with Habonim for 12 years.
Started as an application engineer. And when I had an opportunity.
I switched to R&D and started joining the department.
I have over 25 years of experience as an engineer.
Habonim is a great place, and I like it very much because it's very well organized and very professional. I like the product and the people here.
A lot of engineering challenges to develop, and I like the environment here. I like the place geographically also. I like the kibbutz area. I like that it feels like a pastoral area, and that people are very nice.
I like all the products we are working on. Because it's always something innovative and very interesting. And I like to work with my crew. They are young, professional, and energetic.
Many professional people with decades of experience work here.
Also, something that I think is very important about the Habonim product is the product itself. Because we know how to do a good valve and a good actuator, very good valve and a very good actuator, but it's also about the timing.
We know exactly when the market is demanding this specific product, and we know to be right on time there.
Habonim is very well organized,
We are a very professional crew. If I'm talking about every department, the engineering, the purchasing, sales, operations, and assembly room. The assembly room is the heart of our facility because it's the last station where the final product is assembled, and the people there are very professional and really care about their work.
Yeah, I think we have a very good connection with our customers, and we respond quickly.
I know it's not only about the product itself; it's always about the service.
